🎧 Episode #15 | Creating New Categories: Metabolic Health with Sam Corcos & Andrew Conner, co-founders of Levels
Listen on Apple, Spotify, Pocket Casts, and YouTube
Sam Corcos and Andrew Conner met via On Deck two years ago and have gone on to co-found a startup called Levels together. Their goal is nothing short of changing the way the world interacts with food through the creation of a whole new product category centered around metabolic health.
Levels’ brilliant product, currently in beta, provides a near-instantaneous feedback loop to let a user know how their body reacts to the various foods and drinks they consume. With this new information, people can better optimize what they eat in order to lose weight, have more energy, and get better sleep. It can also help them reduce the likelihood of developing metabolic health issues like diabetes down the road.
Also available to listen on Spotify, Pocket Casts, and YouTube

August 16th — Delian Asparouhov, co-founder of Varda Space Industries
We’re delighted to be hosting Delian Asparouhov, co-founder of Varda Space Industries, for a live podcast recording on August 16th at 10:30am ET/7:30am PT.
We’re going to break new ground for The Deep End — launching into the topic of outer space for the first time. Delian’s company is building space factories to manufacture items for use back here on earth. They recently announced their series A led by Khosla Ventures and Caffeinated Capital, with participation from existing investors Lux Capital, General Catalyst and Founders Fund.
Notes from the On Deck universe:
We just opened applications for the 11th cohort of On Deck Founder fellowship (ODF11) — founders who’ve gone through this program have now raised well over $500M and started 400+ startups.
We launched a brand new program—On Deck Freelancers (ODFreelancers). Check out the site or the Twitter thread to learn more.
